Product availability labels are provided to help customers understand sourcing and delivery expectations. Availability labels do not guarantee exact delivery time or exact stock quantity. SaiLia Mart may update availability, delivery time, or product sourcing information based on supplier, courier, and operational conditions.

If pricing, product information, or availability errors occur, SaiLia Mart may contact the customer before processing the order or may cancel the order if necessary.

4. Orders

Orders placed through sailiamart.com are received by SaiLia Mart. Order confirmation may be provided via phone, SMS, email, live chat, voice chat, or other communication methods.

SaiLia Mart reserves the right to cancel suspicious, incomplete, duplicate, invalid, or unverifiable orders.

5. Payment

SaiLia Mart currently processes website orders through Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment partner logos may be shown for brand/payment information, but checkout orders are submitted as COD until online gateways are activated.

Payment availability may depend on checkout settings, order type, location, and payment service availability. Customers should pay only through official SaiLia Mart supported payment methods.

6. Delivery

Delivery time may vary based on location, courier service, product availability, product size and weight, weather, public holidays, and external conditions.

Customers must provide correct delivery details, including full name, mobile number, address, area, district, and landmark if needed.

Delivery charges may apply based on district, location, product size, product weight, courier service, and special handling requirements where applicable. The final delivery charge should be reviewed during checkout before placing an order.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility depends on product type, availability type, delivery source, product condition, and reason for return.

Customers may submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. If the customer receives a damaged, incorrect, defective, or product-not-as-described item, they should submit a return request through their account after logging in or contact SaiLia Mart support as soon as possible within the return window.

Products may need to be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, and order details where applicable.

Pre-Order (Overseas), Global Shipping, and World Store products may have special return review requirements depending on supplier or courier conditions. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to product type, hygiene, safety, usage condition, or supplier restrictions.

Refund or replacement depends on inspection, approval, payment method, courier status, supplier conditions, and SaiLia Mart return policy.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery information, responding to order confirmation or delivery communication, checking order details before confirmation, and following return or support instructions where applicable.

Incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information may cause delivery delay, rescheduling, cancellation, or support limitations.

Customers are responsible for keeping account login information secure and for all activities performed through their account. Customers should not share account credentials with unauthorized persons.

SaiLia Mart logo, branding, website design, content, images, graphics, product presentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to SaiLia Mart.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, misuse, distribute, or use SaiLia Mart content or branding without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

SaiLia Mart is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, incorrect delivery, order issues, or service interruptions caused by incorrect customer information, courier delays, supplier delays, payment service issues, internet problems, technical errors, natural events, government restrictions, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

SaiLia Mart will make reasonable efforts to support customers and resolve eligible issues according to applicable policies.

12. Updates to Terms

SaiLia Mart may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect operational changes, service improvements, payment options, delivery processes, return policies, or legal requirements.

Continued use of the website after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
