SaiLia Mart delivers products across Bangladesh, subject to courier service availability, product availability, and delivery location.

2. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, SaiLia Mart may contact the customer by phone, SMS, email, live chat, or voice chat to confirm order details before processing delivery.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time may vary depending on customer location, courier service, product availability, weather, public holidays, and other external conditions.

  • Inside Dhaka delivery may usually take 1–3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka delivery may usually take 2–7 business days.
  • Actual delivery time may vary.

4. Product Availability and Delivery Source

Delivery time may vary based on the product availability label:

  • Ready Stock: available for regular delivery
  • Express: faster delivery may be available
  • Domestic: ships from within Bangladesh
  • Direct Store: ships directly from a SaiLia Mart store/source
  • Pre-Order (Overseas): sourced after order confirmation from overseas
  • Global Shipping: may ship from an international source
  • World Store: selected from global collections and may require additional processing time

5. Delivery Charge

Delivery charge may depend on:

  • District or delivery location
  • Product size
  • Product weight
  • Courier service availability
  • Special handling requirements if applicable

The final delivery charge is shown clearly during checkout before the customer places the order.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide:

  • Correct full name
  • Valid mobile number
  • Complete delivery address
  • Area, district, and landmark if needed

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery.

6. Delivery Attempt

Courier or SaiLia Mart support may contact the customer before delivery. If the customer is unreachable or unavailable, delivery may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on courier policy.

7. Cash on Delivery and Payment

SaiLia Mart may support Cash on Delivery (COD) depending on checkout availability.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers should pay the payable amount directly at the time of delivery.

8. Product Receiving Guideline

Customers should check the package condition at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or incorrect, customers should contact SaiLia Mart support as soon as possible.

9. Failed or Cancelled Delivery

Delivery may fail or be cancelled if:

  • Customer phone is unreachable
  • Address is incorrect or incomplete
  • Customer refuses delivery
  • Product becomes unavailable
  • Courier service limitation occurs

10. Return-Related Delivery

For approved return requests, SaiLia Mart may arrange courier pickup or guide the customer to send the product through courier, depending on the return method and approval status.

Return requests are subject to SaiLia Mart return policy and must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
