Product Condition

Returned products should be unused where applicable, with original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, and invoice/order details. Products damaged due to customer misuse may not be eligible.


Photo or Evidence Requirement

For damaged, incorrect, defective, or product-not-as-described cases, customers should provide clear photos or evidence with the return request.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Return request submitted after 7 days of delivery
